The EasySep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ T cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral mononuclear cells by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-CD4+ T cells and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. The EasySep™ Human CD4 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD4+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing CD4 and magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human CD4 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18052) for even faster cell isolations.
